ABOUT
lSAZ
The Independent Schools Association of Zambia (ISAZ) is a non-profit voluntary membership association of head of schools or principals of private schools in Zambia. Occasionally, reference is informally made to “ISAZ Schools” as a form of shorthand; in fact, the correct reference should be “ISAZ Members’ schools” – i.e., schools where the head of school/principal has been elected to full membership of the Association.
Currently ISAZ has over 50 local and international schools drawn from Lusaka, Livingstone, Chingola, Mkushi, Solwezi, Kalulushi, Chililabombwe, Kitwe, Mufulira, Monze, Chisamba, Mazabuka and Ndola and more membership applications in progress. ISAZ has a significant footprint in the country, currently providing education to over 20,000 students hailing from Zambia, Africa diaspora, Europe, Asia, Australia and the Americas. Our member schools are diverse and cover the complete age range from early years to senior, sixth form and all-through schools. They include co-educational, single gender, boarding and day schools and vary in size and nature
